Going to a Girly Birthday Party

Our friends from India are in the US for a short time that happened to be over their daughter's birthday so we got to help Emily celebrate her 9th birthday. Emily' had a tea party at a tea house complete with dress up costumes, hair and makeup, tea (pink lemondade), finger sandwiches, and cupcakes. Even the boys could dress up a little with Noah putting on a top hat. Kaara, who is not normally girly at all, actually enjoyed trying on dresses and having hair and makeup done. Fun was had by all.
